1. Introduction

TinyGallery (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a photo and video utility for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the TinyGallery mobile application (the “App”) and your choices regarding that information.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Summary

Your photos and videos stay on your device. TinyGallery accesses your Apple Photo Library to display and organize your media. We do not upload your photo or video files to our own servers.
Processing is local. Sorting, bin management, Live Photo conversion, and video compression are performed on your iPhone or iPad.
We use third-party analytics and advertising services that may collect device and usage data, as described below.
We do not sell your personal information.

3. Information We Process

3.1 Photo Library (on your device)

With your permission, the App accesses your Photo Library to:

display Live Photos, videos, and recently added items
mark items for deletion or recovery in the in-app Bin
export converted Live Photos and compressed videos back to your library
permanently delete items from your library when you confirm deletion in the Bin

This access is required for core App functionality. Media content is processed on your device. We do not operate a cloud gallery or remote backup of your files.

3.2 Locally stored app data

The App stores metadata on your device (for example, which items are in the Bin, story groupings, and cache data) using a local database. This data does not leave your device except as part of normal iOS backups you control.
